1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the k7777c website located at k7777c.vip and any associated mobile applications, subdomains, or service interfaces operated under the k7777c brand. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

k7777c provides an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for the Bangladesh market. All services are delivered in English. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, and related entertainment products. Access to specific features may vary depending on your account status and applicable restrictions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with k7777c's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and k7777c. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any other k7777c document, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

k7777c reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice to users. Your continued use of the platform following such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the k7777c platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of k7777c or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion arrangement with k7777c or have been permanently banned from the platform for a prior Terms violation.

k7777c conducts age and identity verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

If k7777c discovers at any point that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria — including if the user was under 18 at the time of registration — k7777c reserves the right to immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return deposited funds in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations. Any winnings generated from ineligible accounts are not payable.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one active k7777c account. If you already hold a registered k7777c account, you must not create a second account under any name, email address, phone number, payment method, or device. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep your registration details up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. k7777c strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available from your account security settings.

k7777c will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify k7777c support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

All transactions initiated from a logged-in session are assumed to have been made by the registered account holder. k7777c accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

k7777c supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected Visa and Mastercard debit/credit card channels where available. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your k7777c account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation from your mobile financial service (MFS) provider. k7777c does not charge any fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Your MFS provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside k7777c's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. If a deposit is identified as originating from an account not matching the registered k7777c account holder's name, the funds may be held pending verification and may be returned to the source payment account minus any associated transfer fees.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification status. Verified accounts typically receive bKash and Nagad withdrawals within two minutes of submission. Processing times for other channels may vary.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the standard KYC identity verification process. k7777c reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity is detected. Pending withdrawals may be delayed if your account is subject to an active security review.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

k7777c offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing registered members. These include but are not limited to: Welcome Bonuses on first qualifying deposits, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins on selected slot titles, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is displayed at the point of opt-in.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum bet per round or per slip is capped as stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Single Bonus Rule: Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active is not permitted and may result in the earlier bonus being removed.
• Abuse Prevention: k7777c monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a bonus cashout, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently restricted from future promotions.

k7777c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via a notice on the k7777c platform. Bonuses and promotional offers are only valid for the period stated and cannot be claimed retrospectively.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the k7777c platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling as permitted by these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of your relationship with k7777c, including registration, KYC, and support communications.
• Attempting to open, operate, or benefit from multiple registered accounts, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, data mining tools, or any other artificial means to access, scrape, or interact with the k7777c platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Exploiting any error, bug, glitch, or misconfiguration in the platform software, including incorrect odds, erroneous bonus credits, or game malfunctions. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on the k7777c platform.
• Using the k7777c platform to launder money, fund illegal activities, or circumvent currency controls. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or intimidating k7777c staff members, support agents, or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the k7777c platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other registered users.
• Colluding with other players in live table games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other participants or the platform.

Violation of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms. k7777c reserves the right to take immediate action upon identifying any such breach, including account suspension, permanent closure, and legal referral where appropriate.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

k7777c may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, receipt of a valid court order or regulatory directive, or identification of problem gambling indicators requiring intervention under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, k7777c will retain any balance held in the account until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a Terms breach, balances may be forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated or funds returned as appropriate.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your k7777c account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be settled. Pending withdrawals already in processing at the time of closure will be completed to your registered payment method. Unredeemed bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to restrict your own access to the platform for responsible gaming reasons, k7777c offers a self-exclusion feature. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k7777c's aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their k7777c account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the k7777c platform.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or degraded performance caused by technical failures, third-party infrastructure issues, ISP outages, or events beyond k7777c's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or your failure to notify k7777c of unauthorised account access in a timely manner.
• Accuracy of information provided by third-party game studios or sports data providers integrated within the k7777c platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of a user's individual betting decisions, regardless of the platform context in which those decisions were made.

k7777c makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from malicious software. While we invest heavily in platform security and uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit k7777c's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
